Wavehigh provides an 18-month warranty period from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, replacement parts for damages caused by product quality issues will be provided free of charge and delivered promptly by courier, subject to proper operation in accordance with the user manual.
For overseas on-site service requests, professional technical support can be arranged efficiently. During the warranty period, labor charges for the first five working days will be waived, while customers only need to cover round-trip travel, accommodation and related expenses for service personnel. From the sixth working day onward, on-site service will be charged at USD 120 per person per day.
After the warranty period, overseas on-site technical support remains available at USD 120 per person per day, with travel and accommodation expenses borne by the customer.
