The largest domestic 1200-passenger aluminum alloy double-hull high-speed passenger ferry is equipped with our company's 28.7 KN aluminum alloy anchor windlass. For optimal lightweight design and high performance, all structural components of the vessel—except for standard fasteners—are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the overall weight of the ship while improving fuel efficiency and cruising speed. The hydraulic system of the anchor windlass adopts Rexroth's load-sensing proportional control technology, which automatically adjusts the working pressure and speed according to the actual load, enabling efficient, energy-saving, and smooth anchoring operations. This system features fast response, precise control, reduced energy loss, and minimized heat generation, thereby extending the service life of the equipment. The successful construction and operation of this passenger ferry mark a significant milestone for China in the development of large aluminum alloy high-speed passenger vessels and their domestically produced key equipment.
